Question:

I have a large "flat" roof to cover. Length OA = 11m, one section 3.5m wide, elsewhere up to 6m wide. For drainage there are three large areas with slopes in different directions and I plan to drain into scuppers at the edges. Can the product be applied to the various sections with suitable overlaps?

Answer:

You may have a lot of waste, but you would need to use joining tape (75mm of 125mm wide)

Question:

Can we lay tiles and tile adhesive on this if used on a balcony?

Answer:

You can lay tiles over EPDM however, you will need to purchase the 1.5mm thick and pedestals for the tiles to sit on. You cannot apply tiles directly onto the EPDM.

Answer:

This is a cut to size product. It will be 3 metres wide and you choose the length.
