This Em-Dome™ rooflight is made from double glazed polycarbonate with a clear finish and a square dome and is an ideal fit for existing or site formed curbs with 500mm x 500mm external dimensions.
With a perimeter seal, patented high security screwbolt fixings and a minimum of 3mm thick glazing, this Em-Dome™ rooflight ensures a completely waterproof system. This polycarbonate rooflight complies with Health and Safety in Roofwork, HSG 33, recommendations and is predicted to surpass the lifespan of the roof covering when installed in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturers. This Em-Dome™ rooflight has a guarantee of ten years against the effects of faulty materials, construction or design, subject to certain conditions.

I'm sorry for any confusion, but the S1 560mm x 560mm Double Glazed Polycarbonate Dome is a fixed unit and does not come with a hinge fitting or screw bolt for lifting from the inside. It does, however, feature patented high-security screwbolt fixings for secure installation.
