This Adhesion Test Kit from Res-Tec's Flexitec 2020 system can be used to check that there is adequate bond strength when overlaying single-ply membranes as part of a flexible, single resin Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) system.

With new deck and full overlay capacities, the Flexitec 2020 System coordinates the greatest qualities of fibreglass with the flexibility of overlay systems with no alternative flat roof solution performing as well as this across multiple applications. The incredibly versatile Flexitec 2020 is suited to any shape or size roof without the requirement for expansion joints and is applicable in temperatures as high as 30°C or as low as 5°C, providing a completely seamless membrane without joints, welds or weak points. This Flexitec 2020 system can be cold applied for additional safety, removing the risk from open flames or other hot works.

An anti-slip finish is available which is perfect for walkways or balconies. Possible to be overcoated or repaired without grinding down, the Flexitec 2020 system has a 10-year repair system if one coat is applied and a 20-year roofing system if two coats are applied. The two-coat system fitted by a trained installer is backed by a 20-year material guarantee from Res-Tec. With an extra-durable finish and rapid curing of 30 to 60 minute walk-over time, the Flexitec 2020 is applicable to almost any roof surface including concrete, asphalt, GRP, felt, metal details, approved insulation boards and PVC single-ply.
