This Hippo PRO3 three-in-one adhesive, sealant and filler tube is amazingly chemically curing and free from solvents. Created for professionals to substitute multiple products with just one tube, it uses innovative hybrid polymer technology to bond and seal almost anything, even in extreme wet conditions.
This Hippo three-in-one tube can be used to bond a wide variety of materials such as carbon fibre, most synthetic surfaces, plasterboard, concrete, brick, natural stone, ceramic tiles, glass, wood, metals including lead and most plastics including fibreglass. It is odourless and does not contain any harmful VOCs or solvents so it's more pleasant and much safer to use than traditional solvent-based adhesives and silicone sealants.
Sealing and bonding in virtually every application conceivable, this Hippo PRO3 can be used to fix natural stone counter tops, as a high-quality nail and screw replacement adhesive even on damp surfaces and for perimeter pointing around windows and doors, sealing lead flashing and external roof and gutter repairs as well as bonding mirrors without attacking the coating on the back. Additionally, it can be used to joint cladding panels, seal vertical expansion joints and bond difficult materials such as carbon fibre, fibreglass, metals and specialised polymer systems. It can also be used for any application requiring localised resistance to chemical spillages for example garage forecourts, workshops and factories.
When preparing the surface, it must be dust-free, dry and clean. All flaking or loose surface coatings, old sealant and mastic joints must be removed before application. This Hippo PRO3 tube has a 24-month shelf life and should be stored in the original unopened container under cool, dry conditions in temperatures from 5°C up to 25°C, avoiding frost.
