Available in a pack of two, this Manthorpe SmartVerge® uPVC Angle Ridge End Cap is ideal for use alongside the Manthorpe SmartVerge® Dry Verge and SmartVerge® Linear Dry Verge systems. It is easy to fix and requires no maintenance, creating a tidy, pleasing and long-lasting finish for most kinds of Round and Angled Concrete Ridge Tiles.
It also offers high protection at each end of the ridge, which helps to prevent any problems caused by water penetration and stops birds and large insects from getting into the roof cavity. Thanks to the supplied fixings and fitting instructions, this ridge end cap is installed quickly straight to the ridge batten(s) in all types of weather. This ridge end cap is ideal for new build or refurbishment situations on roofs with pitches from 15° to 55°.
From Manthorpe, this SmartVerge® Linear Dry Verge System is compatible with fibre cement slates, natural slates, interlocking plain tiles, other plain tiles and interlocking concrete tiles, offering a visually appealing, maintenance-free detail for gable ends. Without the need for any mortar, it utilises a strong mechanical fixing method. It is made from durable high-grade uPVC and is independently wind tunnel tested to comply with BS5534 requirements.
