Manthorpe, a well-known manufacturer of tile ventilators, has introduced this innovative Thin Leading Edge In-line Roof Tile Vent. This product is specifically designed to fit all the latest large-format tiles from major UK roofing manufacturers.
This vent's slim in-line profile ensures a seamless roofline appearance. It also provides a quick and easy solution to roof space ventilation and mechanical extraction/soil stack termination at high or low levels. This product is compatible with various leading tile manufacturers such as Marley Edgemere, Redland Richmond, Sandtoft TLE, Russel Galloway and Lagan Elite. It also comes in a range of textured colours to match the different styles of concrete thin leading-edge tiles available on the market.
Boasting free airflow of 10,000m², this roof tile vent features an integral 4mm louvred flyscreen grille to stop insects from entering your roof space, a side lock clip to prevent wind uplift and a base outlet that feeds directly into the roof space.
