Featuring a beautiful Blue/Grey hue that will bring charm and character to modern and traditional properties, this robust and durable Passaro Heavy natural slate is named after the Spanish quarry from which the slate is selected. The Spanish natural slate samples are continuously tested at the quarry to ensure it meets BS EN 12326-1 for roofing slate.

This heavy-grade slate boasts a 75-year guarantee, which means it will not discolour for decades, providing your property with a quality finish for years to come. For optimal convenience, each Passaro Heavy slate is pre-holed to reduce the time it takes to install your roof. They can be installed on pitches as low as 25° in a moderately exposed area and 30° in a severely exposed location.

This Spanish natural slate has a stunning smooth overall finish and a consistent thickness between 7mm and 9mm, giving you an even roof slope.

Please note:

  • It is strongly recommended that you order an extra 5% more than is needed for your project. This is to offset the issue of any potential breakages during transport or installation.
  • This Spanish natural slate is typically delivered on a six-wheel tail-lift lorry that is 11m x 2.4m, so there are delivery restrictions in place. If the lorry cannot access your site and offload safely, then an additional delivery charge will need to be made. Should you require a crane offload or a smaller vehicle, please notify us at the time of order, as an additional delivery charge may be required.
