These Corotherm 10mm Polycarbonate Sheets provide long-lasting roofing solutions suitable for a range of projects, ranging between conservatories, carports, greenhouses, and outhouses. With the option to cut them to size, these sheets ensure a perfect fit.
The sheets are built with strength and durability in mind, while also offering excellent insulation properties that help maintain a cosy indoor environment.
With 20mm edge engagement in a proprietary glazing bar system, these sheets can be securely restrained at the top edge using a glazing system or wall flashing, as well as at the bottom edge using a single fixing button. Flutes run down these sheets lengthways, meaning they should be installed in a way that allows these flutes to follow the pitch or slope of your roof.
When installing, implementing a maximum span of 900mm between glazing bars is advised as anything above this may cause the sheet to pop out of the glazing bars in high weather conditions like wind or snow. You should also make sure to incorporate a glazing bar that accommodates the full length of the roof slope or pitch.
