Lightweight and versatile, ProMesh reinforcing mesh is an excellent choice for reinforcing all major plasters or renders, especially in areas with traditional weaknesses or around openings. This ProMesh variation features a tightly woven structure of glass-fibre strands that form a flexible lattice with remarkable strength when embedded into wet basecoat plaster or render, and an alkaline resistant coating, guaranteeing top-notch performance.
This mesh can stabilise unstable surfaces, prevent cracking, and deliver effective coverage. Commonly used to reinforce gypsum plasters and cover internal wall slits up to 50cm wide, particularly when low tear strength is adequate, ProMesh reinforcing mesh makes an economical option with a low-cost material and minimal or no waste. It is user-friendly and cuts easily when you wish to achieve a desired size - use a knife or scissors.
