Description

This Gun Gap Grade Filler Expanding Foam is a one-component, self-expanding, polyurethane basis foam. Ready-to-use, it features HCFC and CFC-free propellants that will not harm the ozone layer. It has been fitted with the unique patented Genius Gun adaptor system to allow for enhanced comfort when the product is being applied.

With a moisture curing system and a density of Ca. 25 kg/m³, this expanding foam filler offers 58 dB sound insulation (EN ISO 717-1) and 37 mW/m.K insulation factor (DIN52612). It also has a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +90 °C (cured) 120 °C (maximum of one hour).

The filler foam has < 5% shrinkage after curing (FEICA TM 1004), < 3% expansion after curing (FEICA TM 1004) and Ca. 116% expansion during curing (FEICA TM 1010).
