This 200cm ergonomic, exact dosing hose with a 600mm applicator gun ensures maximum time saving with over 50% faster application than traditional liquid PU adhesives and is the perfect solution for the renovation of old bituminous roofs. It can quickly and efficiently complete large-scale roofing projects.
Ideal for economical consumption, this roof applicator gun can be dosed and applied precisely as needed with no perforation of the vapour barrier or surface. It is suitable for use when glueing and joint filling. When using this Soudatherm Roof Applicator Gun, one canister of Soudatherm Roof 330 can bond up to 120m² of insulation boards. It avoids the potential for creating cold bridges and provides outstanding thermal insulation with 0.036W/m.K thermal conductivity.
With a gap-filling capacity of up to 1cm underneath an insulation panel, the Soudatherm Roof 330 is space-saving and ensures a huge reduction in weight. It is resistant to wind uplift which has been tested by WTCB and BDA. Once cured, it is flexible, unlike traditional adhesives which are brittle.
Completely compatible with polystyrene (PS) due to not containing solvent, the Soudatherm Roof 330 has approximately an 8-minute open time and curing time of up to c.1 hour depending on relative humidity and temperature. With a minimum surface temperature of +5°C, the Soudatherm canister is ideal above +10°C for optimal extrudability and yield in m². It has an 18-month shelf life.
