Constructed from galvanised mild steel, this metal access panel from Timloc provides a handy solution for hiding electrical, plumbing and building services that require a one-hour fire rating and where plastic access panels are unsuitable. Independently tested by Exova Warringtonfire, this one-hour fire-rated access panel can provide up to 60 minutes of fire resistance.
This access panel is also ideally suited for concealing boiler flue inspection access while meeting the requirements of the gas safety industry. What's more, the layer of mineral wool insulation inside the door provides some insulating properties and acoustic performance.
With a polyester powder coating in White, RAL 9016, this metal access panel can be painted in any colour prior to or after installation to suit your preferences. The picture frame surround ensures a sleek and neat finish by obstructing the cut-out edge.
Including additional fixing anchors, this metal access door is suitable for deep wall installations of up to 75mm.
