This square 1400mm x 1400mm Em-Dome rooflight features a white uPVC curb and a triple-glazed dome made from thermoformed polycarbonate sheet with a clear surface and a minimum of 3mm thick glazing.
The durable polycarbonate material is almost indestructible with up to 250 times greater impact strength in comparison to glass. The clear finish has been designed to make optimal use of natural daylight.
Once fixed, this Em-Dome rooflight cannot be removed with the use of basic tools thanks to the high-security screwbolts that are unique and patented to Em-Dome and provided factory-fitted as standard. They offer outstanding resistance to tampering or forced entry. Within the screwbolt's body, the fixing is sleeved to ensure the prevention of pressure from being exerted onto the rooflight glazing as it is fastened. This helps to virtually eliminate the potential for stress fractures initiated by over-tightening.
