Ensure a weathertight finish for your roof window with this EFW triple vertical element flashing for tile roofs. Available in a range of sizes, this flashing is suited to standard installations on roof pitches between 15° and 55°.
Compatible with flat or profiled roofing materials with a maximum profile of 120mm, this flashing is made from a grey lacquered aluminium material. It is corrosion-proof and, like its fellow VELUX flashings, forms a seal between the roof and the window that is durable, weatherproof and watertight.
Discreet in appearance and a provider of effective rainwater drainage, this flashing is also suitable for pantiles, thatched roofs, corrugated sheets and interlocking slate.
For standard installations, the red line shows where brackets must be fixed at the top and bottom of the frame.
