Description

The VELUX EKW S00W01 Duo Tile Flashing allows you to install two VELUX pitched roof windows together in a duo configuration, one above the other. The flashing ensures a 100mm gap between the two windows and is designed for flat or profiled roofing materials with a maximum profile of 120mm measured from the top of the tile batten to the highest point of the tile. It is also suitable for properties with thatched, interlocking slate or corrugated sheet roofs.

Suitable for all roof pitches between 15° to 90°, the VELUX EKW S00W01 Duo Tile Flashing comes with additional installation accessories to help ensure you can install your windows with minimal fuss. Not only will the BFX provide a watertight seal between your window and the roofing material, but the BDX will also create an insulating seal around the frame of your window, to improve your room's energy efficiency.

This VELUX EKW S00W01 Duo Tile Flashing system, made from corrosion-proof materials, features built-in water channels designed to channel rainwater down the sides of your VELUX window and away into the gutters below. For a discreet and attractive look, the flashing's aluminium grey finish will blend perfectly with the outside frame of your windows.

Please note:

You are advised to remove leaves and other debris from your flashing at least once a year to allow rainwater to run freely from your VELUX window.
