Designed for flat roofing materials, such as roofing slates, felt or membranes up to 8mm thick, the VELUX Pro+ EKL 3031E Insulated Triple Slate Flashing will ensure a simple and long-lasting installation of three VELUX pitched roof windows in a side-by-side configuration with a 100mm distance between window frames.
Suitable for any roof pitch between 15° and 90°, as well as a triple flashing for your windows, you will also receive bearing beams, cover plates, a BFX underfelt collar and a BDX installation collar. The two collars will help to ensure a robust weathertight seal around your window, as well as enhanced energy efficiency.
The flashings are coloured to match the outer frame of your windows to create a seamless match and an overall discreet look. Their corrosion-proof construction will prevent the degradation of materials caused by changeable climatic conditions. The in-built water channels, meanwhile, will safely and efficiently divert rainwater from above your window, down the sides of the sash and into your roof's guttering below, removing the risk of water damage.
