This Superweight PVC roof sheet from Vistalux's range of Profile 3 corrugated products is light in weight yet robust. It can be handled and install easily, making it an ideal fitting for roofing or cladding applications. Thanks to its great workability, this roof sheet ensures a straightforward process for cutting and drilling using basic tools.

This clear PVC sheet has a pleasing appearance that will enhance the look of your property. It has excellent optical clarity, delivering three times the natural light of the same area of vertical glazing. Due to this, it can establish a bright environment in the space below. With brilliant fire performance, this PVC sheet is constructed from a self-extinguishing PVC material which will melt away from flames, ceasing once the source is removed.

This incredibly versatile roof sheet can be implemented across a range of applications, including porches, lean-to extensions, carports, garden sheds, canopies, and covered walkways. Likewise, it is ideal for roof lights, side cladding, cloches and cold frames and plant houses.

This corrugated sheet is available in a range of sizes to fit your installation needs. The number of fixings required can be calculated by dividing the roof width by the fixing centres, dividing the roof length by the support centres and adding 1, and then multiplying these two values together for an approximate figure.

Please note:

  • A replacement is provided free of charge if the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect, in normal climatic conditions within a 10-year period from the date of purchase.
  • Vistalux MUST be fixed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the warranty to remain valid - re-erections or consequential damage costs are not included.
  • Storage indoors on a flat and dry surface in cool surroundings is preferable. When outdoor storage is unavoidable, store flat on wooden bearers, spaced at about 1m (3' 3") centres and cover fully with an opaque light coloured tarpaulin.
  • Stacked sheets left exposed in direct sunlight will distort due to solar heat gain in the stack.
  • Orders over 50 sheets will need a forklift on site and if this is not available then we can arrange a split delivery however this will extend the lead time. If needed we can help arrange delivery with a special courier with an offload however this will be an extra charge.

How do I cut sheets that are too long?

Answer:

Use an angle grinder with a metal slitting blade or fine tooth saw at a shallow angle with light pressure. Support the sheet to minimise vibrations.
