Polyester powder painted in a sleek Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) externally and White (RAL 9016) internally, this em.glaze electric opening flat glass rooflight is available in multiple sizes. Not only aesthetically pleasing and minimalistic, but the rooflight is watertight and airtight, as well as fantastic in terms of thermal and sound insulation performance.
Double glazed with a glass-to-edge profile, this rooflight features an 8.8mm laminated inner pane and Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) interlayer (which stretches to 11.5mm on bigger units), a 6mm toughened outer pane, and a 16mm argon-filled warm edge spacer that is silicone bonded. The thermally broken frame is manufactured from durable welded aluminium and cill detail.
Cleaning is very straightforward by wiping down the rooflight with a mild detergent. Installation is equally as simple because it is factory pre-glazed. Accompanied by seamless and simple finishes, the rooflight is perfect for roof pitches that vary between 5° and 20°. It contains hidden wires, security hinges, integral motor brackets, and undetectable 230v motors when the unit has been closed.
