Metal Cladding Sheeting 0.5mm Plastisol Coated 1000/32 Profile

Plastisol has a leathergrain finish, which is available in a wide range of colours and has a long life span, a project specific guarantee of up to 30 year is available on request.

Fixing profiled sheets
A minimum pitch of 4 degrees is recommended, with supports being no more than 1.83 m apart for 0.7 mm thickness.
We advise that a DPC be applied to all timber purlins prior to fixing.
We recommend a minimum 150 mm end lap.
We advise to stitch side laps together at 400 mm centres with a single run of sealant. End laps should be sealed with two runs of sealant.
We can supply all fixings complete with coloured caps. Flashings like Ridges, Bargeboards etc are supplied in 3 m lengths with edge welted to strengthen.
