Fabricated from galvanised steel, this ACO FreeDeck access frame grating can coordinate with the ACO FreeDeck channel to create a sophisticated roof and balcony drainage system that combines point drainage with line drainage.
By utilising an open-sided drainage channel system, you can accumulate and transfer rainwater to drainage points within a raised or suspended deck structure. Rainwater is intercepted at multiple positions including surface run-off, rainwater outlet points and percolation within the deck. Effective drainage is provided where pavings are specified to be laid 'open or closed joint' which boosts weathered protection of the building fabric while enhancing safety for foot traffic. The ACO FreeDeck channel can simply be placed directly onto the waterproofing membrane or insulation layer.
