This Skyline coping is an innovative and reliable capping for upstand parapets on pitched roofs or flats. Allowing for ventilation space over the top of a wall, it utilises an easy-to-install fixing strap that doesn't penetrate the coping but still provides a weatherproof covering.
Equally suited to new and existing buildings, refurbishment and retrofit projects, this coping is ideal for a variety of sectors including commercial, healthcare, residential and public sectors. With fixings not visible on the surface, this coping maintains attractive and clean lines with excellent rigidity from the material thickness and fixing mechanism. Made from durable, non-corrodible and lightweight aluminium, this standard flat coping is quick and simple to install with minimal maintenance requirements. In most circumstances, this coping can be fixed from the roof without required external access making it particularly suitable for renovation work.
Made from infinitely recyclable aluminium, this coping has a life expectancy of 40 years in rural/suburban areas and up to 25 years in industrial/marine areas. Fabricated from a 2mm or 3mm thick aluminium alloy sheet, depending on the wall thickness, this coping is available in a range of widths to fit your building requirements and is mitred and welded to give a smooth finish on the front face. You have a large variety of colours to choose from with a BBA approved process for factory-applied polyester powder coatings.
