If you need to cover an 11m ridge then one pack cut down into tabs will achieve this.

That is below the min pitch advised for them, but if the roof is waterproof and sound with its current covering you should be fine to lay these over as a decorative finish.
If the shingles were to be the main waterproofing layer we would not advise it as below the recommended min pitch.

Yes you would fix with clout nails, there is not a specific ridge you would need to cut the shingles in a pack down to create a ridge see the installation guide above for instructions on this.

If your roof area is 5m x 3m then you have 15m² total to cover. 8 packs would be enough to cover this and leave you some leftover for any wastage on site when installing.
