Baumit GranoporTop is wet topcoat that is easy to apply, ready mixed and designed for external use. The K2 GranoporTop has a 2mm grain size, allowing for a fine finish on a range of external surface types. With exclusive properties, the product is able to deliver fantastic protection alongside scratched or dragged decorative properties on surfaces that have been suitably prepared.
Perfect for high traffic areas or where a durable and hardwearing but fine finish is needed, Baumit GranoporTop is weather resistant and water repellent, as well as permeable and impact and scratch-resistant.
Baumit GranoporTop has been formulated as a wet topcoat that holds maximum resistance to weather and use while also being effortless to apply by hand or with a spraying machine. It can be used for a range of prepared surface types, including compatible basecoats, lime and cement render, mineral paints and coatings and gypsum plaster. As a result, it is a very flexible and versatile product for external use.
Prior to application, prep your surface with Baumit UniPrimer. This product should be mixed slowly and steadily without any addition of colour or other products. For an easier application, you can add water (maximum 1%). You should always wait for 14 days before applying any additional coatings.
