Both weather resistant and water repellent, Baumit GranoporTop is also permeable and impact and scratch resistant. It is ideal for high traffic areas or where a tough and hard wearing but fine finish is required, and it can be applied easily either by hand or with use of a spraying machine.

As a wet topcoat, Baumit GranoporTop has been formulated to offer ultimate resistance to weather without impairing application processes. Compatible with use on a variety of prepared surface types, including suitable basecoats, lime and cement render, mineral paints and coatings and gypsum plaster, is makes a highly flexible product when it comes to external use.

It is necessary to prime your surfaces with Baumit UniPrimer before applying Baumit GranoporTop. You should mix it slowly and steadily without colouring it or mixing it with other products. You can add water (maximum of 1%) to ease application. Always allow for 14 days to pass between additional coatings.
