Description

This high performance single-socket soil pipe is part of Brett Martin's outstanding Cascade system. Made from durable, non-corrosive and UV-stabilised uPVC, it comes complete with a realistic cast iron finish and traditional cast iron detailing. Quick and easy to install thanks to the highly convenient push-fit technology, this 2.5m-long, 110mm-diameter soil pipe is an ideal replacement for older cast iron pipes in historic buildings but will make a fine addition to builds as well.

What's more, it's fully sealed with long-lasting rubber seals, retained by strong snap caps, this soil pipe is highly durable and requires very little in terms of maintenance. A lightweight, affordable alternative to cast iron, it's available in a wide range of heritage colours, so you'll have no trouble find the right one to match your rainwater and soil systems. Last but not least, it's fully compatible with the Cast Iron Style Domestic and High Capacity Rainwater systems and part of other soil systems, and it can be integrate at ground level with Brett Martin Underground Drainage Systems.

Question:

Hi I have installed this product in a project I am undertaking. I now need to connect 32mm waste pipe to a length of soil pipe already installed so need to use a boss connection. My question is can I attach a boss using solvent weld cement? Not sure what material the cascade range is made of, is it uPVC or ABS? Thanks
