Combining a lightweight material with a beautiful authentic finish, Britmet LiteSlate will create a clean long-lasting finish whilst still looking like a natural slate roof. The tiles have the same characteristics as a more traditional slate roof, with each tile having riven edges and being a traditional slate colour.
LiteSlate has been designed to be durable and last. It will not crack, break or chip like a traditional tile would, it will also not delaminate due to it design and manufacturing process.
LiteSlate is not only easy to fix, it is a stress-free roofing tile as there are visible fixing locations, pre-installed spacers and easy to follow lapping instructions. Due to the easy installation anyone can fit these tiles, from doing your own DIY project to experienced roofers.
When fitting and cutting no extra tools are required, the tiles can be cut by either a sharp fine tooth saw or a sharp blade.
