Description

The installation of LiteSlate is a hassle-free experience with clear fixing locations, pre-installed spacers and comprehensive lapping instructions. No additional tools are required during fitting and cutting, and the tiles are effortlessly cut to size using either a sharp fine-tooth saw or a sharp blade. No matter your amount of experience, from DIY enthusiasts to experienced roofers, anyone can install LiteSlate with ease.

This roof ridge includes the same characteristics as those found in traditional slate roofs alongside a range of classic slate colours. It is suited to a minimum pitch of 12° up to a maximum of 90°. When laid on a 15.5° roof pitch, the slates will weigh 11.70kg per m², 10.60kg on a 25.0° pitch, 10.00kg on a 27.5° pitch, and 9.50kg on a 30.0° pitch.

Please note:

Our slates are typically delivered on a six-wheeled lorry (11m long and 2.4m wide) with a tail-lift facility to offload on solid, level ground with a pump truck.
Non-compliance to delivery restrictions may result in additional delivery charges. Should you specifically require a crane or small vehicle offload, please notify us at the time of placing the order, as an additional charge may be incurred.
Please allow 5% extra in the ordered quantity to cover acceptable breakage in transporting natural slate products.
