This Celotex CW4040 insulation board has been designed as a solution to partial fill insulation for masonry cavity walls. Available in 40mm thickness, the high-performance rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board has been sized to fit between cavity wall ties and is suitable for use in both new and existing builds as well as extensions. Along with the low thermal conductivity value of 0.022 W/m.K, the low emissive aluminium foil facing helps the CW4000 to achieve impressive U-values. As a result, this sturdy PIR board is among the best-performing insulation materials available on the market, offering reliable long-term savings for buildings it's installed in.

The Celotex CW4040 has been sized specifically to fit the standard wall tie spacing requirements. So, no cutting is required, meaning it's quick and easy to install. When installed correctly, this solution can help meet carbon dioxide emissions and energy use targets which have been set by the national building regulations. It also has a BBA (British Board of Agrement) certificate, giving you extra peace of mind. Additionally, these boards have a BRE (Building Research Establishment) Green Guide Rating of A, which will help improve your environmental performance.
