Perfect for several applications, Celotex XR4140 suits pitched roofs, flat roofs, solid floors, masonry walls, and steel framed and timber framed systems. The General Purpose PIR Insulation Board is manufactured from polyisocyanurate (PIR) for a sturdy structure that can be easily handled, installed, and cut to the right size and shape.
The board fits conveniently between rafters and joists, in turn delivering a layer that is not overly thick but still highly insulating. With excellent thermal performance and an impressive thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m.K, it is also faced with a low emissivity foil that enhances thermal performance in sealed cavity air spaces.
