Not only are these sheets UV resistant, protecting them from damage caused by the sun's ultraviolet rays, but Corotherm also ensures minimum condensation risk. Its Class 1 Fire-rating is also the best fire rating of materials that can be achieved.

Easy to handle and install, thanks to its lightweight construction, Twinwall Corotherm can be cut with ease without the risk of it shattering or cracking. The sheets also only require a low-modulus neutral cure sealant and cross-linked butyl flashing tape.

Once installed, these low-maintenance sheets are also quick and easy to clean, with the sheets being largely self-cleaning, a particularly useful feature for sheets installed in hard-to-reach locations.

Please note:

When installing Corotherm sheets it is important to allow a sufficient expansion gap at the top end of the sheet.
When drilling fixing holes an expansion allowance of 3mm around all fixings is required.
Do not fix or clamp sheets too tightly - leave room for thermal movement.
This roof sheet should be placed with a minimum of a 10° roof slope for water drainage.

Do the wide sheets (2100 width) need a wooden support in the middle as well as the two sides being fixed? What spacing is recommended for purlins?

I would like to use corotherm to re-roof an old wooden green house. Please advise on whether there are ridge elements available that can allow use on pitched roofs?

Unfortunately they do not supply a pre made ridge piece as mainly used for lean to roofs this material.

Want to use the corotherm for two patio covers, intention is to a small one for the shed and then a larger one for the back of our bungalow. Both frames will be in timber with a gable roof - so two questions 1. Do you do anything to cap the gable apex and 2. If I supply the dimenions are you able to supply a complete kit

Yes correct, the length runs in the same direction of the flutes of the sheet, down the fall of the roof.
