Please note:

We recommend you use nine fixings per tile sheet and three fixings per Corotile Barge Board, including overlap.
Corotile must be fixed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the warranty to remain valid; re-erections or consequential damage costs are not included.

You do not cut them just have to overlap the sheets, they are made so that they can be easily overlapped both on the sides and on the length.

This is metal so would be resistant to heat.

If you are having a log burner then condensation could form if you do not have any other ventilation, as condensation will form wherever cold air meets warm.

At that pitch it could be fixed to battens.

There is not an apron, you would need to create a Flashing from Lead or a Lead Alternative.

If you need to use one ridge accross the two materials then yes you could use the Corotile Ridge over the Coroline sheets.

If the area is open and well ventilated they you should not get any condensation.

You could use this but would need to have the tools to be able to cut a hole in this sheeting (angle grinder etc).

There is not the option to add Glazing to this system, you could fit a Roof Light into it such as a Velux or Fakro window and would need to use a profiled tile Flashing kit.

Unfortunately not, the minimum pitch you can install these sheets at is 10°.

Can the ridge angle be increased to 70 deg? To fix a sigle slope roof.

Answer:

Yes the ridge pieces can be bent to suit the angle you need.

Would this work with a velux window in a sunroom/conservatory, is there certain types of parts for this etc.

If installing a Velux window into a Corotile roof you would need to use the Velux EDW Flashing kit.

Once installed by others how do i look after it and what are the guidelines for walking over it for maintance in the years to follow?

Answer:

If you wanted to walk on this after installation it would be best to use crawl boards to spread the weight out so you do not damage the sheets.

There is no specific care instructions for maintaining them, just keeping them clear of any moss etc that may accumulate over time.

I lightweight metal hand saw or tin snips would cut it, but as the system is designed to fully overlap it should ideally not need to be cut.

Answer:

Corotile is intended to be used on a straight forward, traditional apex (up & over) style roof as it is not intended to but cut, rather; just overlapped. You may be able to adapt a ridge section to use on a hip, but you'd need to re-treat any cut ends of the sheet.

Answer:

Minimum pitch these can be used at is 10°. Could be used on a Conservatory roof but more intended for Sheds/Outbuildings.

Yes the Corotile is only available in the one colour I am afraid.
