For seamless CORRAPOL® sheet installation, begin by measuring your roof to determine the necessary quantity of sheets, eaves fillers and fixings. Ensure a 10° pitch for the roof angle, while the top of the purlins should be coated in white paint. With precise measurements of the roof and CORRAPOL® sheeting in hand, secure the sheet by clamping it down and neatly trim any excess using a finely toothed jigsaw, leaving a 50-60mm overlap.

Next, position the eaves filler underneath the CORRAPOL® sheet, ensuring a snug fit. Take the first corrugation crown and overlap it onto the edge of the roof, securely fastening it with reliable fixing screws. Repeat this process, affixing the fixings at every second corrugation crown to ensure optimal stability.
