The breathable membrane by Cromar, unlike traditional roof underlays, requires no ventilation and ensures that your pitched roof or other surfaces can allow vapour to successfully escape while providing protection.

This Vent 3 breather membrane can be installed in either supported or unsupported pitched roof construction, with or without sarking, and it can be installed in direct contact with thermal insulation. You can also apply Cromar Vent 3 breathable roof underlay to vertical walls as a wind barrier and breather membrane combination.
