Question:
Can you use this product onto roofing felt and if so what primer or glue can be recommended?
Answer:
The DEKS Flat Roof 10mm to 80mm Diameter Flat Seal Pipe Collar, made from EPDM material, is indeed suitable for use on a variety of roof types, including roofs with roofing felt. However, it's important to ensure a proper seal to prevent leaks. While the specific primer or adhesive to use can depend on various factors such as the specific type of roofing felt used and local weather conditions, a general recommendation would be to use an adhesive that's compatible with both EPDM and the roofing felt material. It's always a good idea to consult with a roofing specialist or the manufacturer of your roofing felt for the best results.
