A durable flashing solution for pipes through slate and tile roofs, Dektite Seldek Aluminium won't corrode or stain your roof and gutters. The EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) cone is a highly durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane that is trimmed to fit on-site and ingeniously locked to a high-grade and malleable 99.9% pure aluminium base. Seldek Aluminium is a fast and economical way to flash a tile roof with a pitch between 0° and 45°. Thanks for contacting us, the product you have been looking at is intended to work between a ducting range of 300m-450mm so your 400mm should be fine, the base plate included with the product also will work with tiles or slates so should be perfectly fine.
