From Dreadnought Tiles, this Tileline Tile Vent Pipe Adaptor can be connected to a ventilator and flexible pipe for soil venting or mechanical extraction. Like other Dreadnought products, this adaptor is made to be discreet and lies flush with tiling so that it can blend flawlessly for an unobstructed roof aesthetic.
Roof ventilation is necessary to reduce condensation in roof spaces from high insulation requirements and changes in construction practices, and Dreadnought Ventilation systems help to make this easy. This adaptor works best with the appropriate Dreadnought ventilator. Sections of Dreadnought tiles are bonded to the leading edge of the tile vent, which matches the colour of the tiles for cohesion. Together, these products provide 7500mm² of ventilation per tile vent.
Dreadnought Tiles has been manufacturing clay roof tiles in Britain for over 215 years, using locally sourced Etruria Marl Clay. This clay gives roofing products immense strength and durability and is the same material as Staffordshire Blue Class A Engineering Bricks. Colours range from blues, brindles and browns to reds and are a result of careful control of the kiln atmosphere instead of artificial stains or coloured sands.
