Description

A great option for parapet wall corners where you want to direct the flow of rainwater towards the wall corner's internal edge, this once weathered coping stone is 75mm thick on the outer side and 50mm thick on the inside edge of the stone.

Not only an important form of weather protection for the top layer of masonry but these coping stone interior returns also come in a choice of colours, allowing you to create a professional and attractive finish to your wall. The array of colour options can also be used to complement other home and garden features, such as pathways, patios and roof coverings. Because Eurodec's concrete returns are handmade, they are subject to manufacturers tolerances. Due to the way the stones are lifted out of their moulds, each stone will feature a slight tapering at the corners, but this tapering is no more than 10mm.

Features & Benefits: Eurodec 50-75mm Once Weathered Interior Return 180mm - Sand

  • Once weathered coping interior return handmade from solid concrete
  • Resistant to UV in normal climate conditions
  • Features drip grooves that help rainwater drip away from the wall
  • 75mm thick on the outer side and 50mm thick on the inside edge of the stone, allowing rainwater to flow towards the corner's interior
  • Allows you to protect the tops of corner sections of a wall whilst keeping a consistent aesthetic with the rest of the wall
  • Available in a variety of colours

Each 50mm-75mm once weathered coping interior return features two 10mm wide drip grooves positioned 20mm from either side of the stone's undersides. They help protect your walls from water penetration which, over time, can cause damage and staining. Rather than allowing rainwater to run down the sides of the stones and underneath towards the wall, as rainwater reaches the drip groove, it instead drops down to the ground, leaving the wall protected.

Due to being manufactured from natural, quarried materials, there will inevitably be variations in some coping stone colours from one batch to another. It's also worth noting that the true final finish will not be revealed until a period of exposure to sunlight and some weathering. Eurodec coping stones will not fade over time when exposed to sunlight and UV rays.

Please note:

  • You must not use acid-based cleaners on Eurodec Concrete Coping Stones.
  • It is advised that you test any cleaner on a small area before using it. Similarly, you must avoid high-pressure washers as the jet can damage the stone's surface and weaken the bond between the stone and substrate.
  • Staining can also arise from plants in the immediate vicinity.
