Everbuild Evercryl One Coat Acrylic Waterproof Coating
Description
Evercryl is a resin-based, fibre re-enforced roof repair compound which is effective on all common roofing surfaces, giving instant roof repairs even in the wet and on wet surfaces. May also be applied in frosty conditions down to -5C. Evercryl is instantly waterproof when applied, there is no fear of wash off so emergency leaks can be tackled immediately as there is no need to wait for the rain to stop. Everycryl is brush applied and dries to a smooth seamless flexible membrane that resists algae and fungal growth. Due to the high level of fibre re-enforcement, Everycryl will bridge small cracks and requires only a one coat brush application to give instant and total water protection, even in areas subject to ponding. Eveycryl requires no primer on sound non-porous surfaces.

Can Evercryl one coat be applied to my flat FIBREGLASS roof which is in excellent condition but will benefit from a refresh? Your prompt reply will oblige. Thank you.

It can, you would just need to scuff/score the surface first to help it bond.

Can I use this to smarten up an old fibreglass roof?
Answer:
You can paint this on a GRP roof, but just clean and sand/scuff down the fibreglass first to help it to bond.

approximate coverage for 5kg please?
Answer:
Coverage on this is 1-2 litres per square metre.

Can it be overpainted?
Answer:
No as this remains slightly tacky after installation it is not suitable for painting over.

Can you paint over this product with a standard say masonry paint (colour)
Answer:
Unfortunately not, this stays tacky so could not be painted over.

Hi there just wanted to see Would this product be ideal for stopping hairline cracks in chimney stacks
Answer:
This would be suitable for painting over and sealing any small cracks.
