Specifically designed for when three FAKRO conservation windows are being fitted side by side on a tiled roof, this horizontal triple conservation flashing from FAKRO is manufactured from aluminium, to improve ductility around the conservation roof windows and roof tiles, with a polyester coating to enhance durability.
With black colouring and a ridged profile for some sections, this flashing creates a subtle finish which typically blends in with most roofs. As an integral yet overlooked part of the FAKRO window installation, this flashing is incredibly vital. Allowing a gap of approximately 10cm between each window vertically and horizontally, this triple flashing creates a tight joint between the roof window and tiles to ensure that your windows are fixed precisely to provide a tidy appearance.
This FAKRO flashing is not only used for visual impact but also for protection of the windows from weather conditions to form effective rainwater drainage while inhibiting water entry at the points where the roof connects to the windows.
