Electrically operated using the FAKRO Z-wave wireless system to allow control of any FAKRO electrical products, this FAKRO flat roof window can be used with the same remote control or control panel as other FAKRO roof windows or window blinds. As a natural source of ventilation, this modular flat roof window can be opened to allow fresh air to flow into the environment to enhance internal comfort.
As well as ventilation, this FAKRO flat roof window maximises the amount of natural daylight that enters the room with a specifically shaped frame and sash to deliver up to 16% greater glazing area compared to alternative same sized manufacturer's windows. Additionally, this flat roof window includes P2 laminated quad glazing with an external glass pane with an argon gas cavity and a 6.2mm internal glass pane with a low emission layer.
