Due to the electric operation, this FAKRO modular flat roof window provides a source of natural ventilation by opening to create a flow of fresh air to enhance the internal comfort of your environment. Offering P2 laminated double glazing, this FAKRO roof window has a 6.2mm inner glass pane with a low emission layer and an outer glass pane with an argon gas cavity. Supplied with a kerb for ease of installation, this FAKRO window comes with a specially profiled covering material that is positioned below the drip cap of the frame to create a tight seal between the roofing material and the window.
