With an assortment of sizes available, this DMF-D manual modular flat roof window from FAKRO is tripled glazed and specifically designed for installations on roofs with 2° to 15° pitches. This allows rainwater to seamlessly drain off the roof surface.
Manual operations allow for optimal ventilations and constant fresh air, which is accompanied by plenty of natural light from the 16% larger glazing pane than similar sized windows. With a kerb for installation, this window ensures tight and confident attachments between roofing materials and roof windows due to the covering material under the drip cap of the frame. An XRD base is also available to elevate the window above the roof surface to make green roof applications obtainable.
With P2 laminated triple glazing, this window is well equipped with an internal 6.2mm low-E glass pane, a layer of glass on the external side and an argon gas cavity. The window also incorporates a combined uPVC upstand with a multi-chamber design to increase thermal efficiency.
