FAKRO DMG P2 manual opening flat roof windows feature toughened and anti-burglary glass to keep buildings safe and secure from falling objects and from any unwanted entry when the window is closed. Opening manually with the aid of a 2.2m control rod, this FAKRO DMG P2 flat roof window allows ventilation in a property as well as natural daylight that can refresh and reinvigorate the design and feel of a room.
FAKRO DMG P2 flat roof windows offer P2 laminated double glazing to maintain the thermal efficiency of the room it’s installed in. A layer of toughed glass on the outside features an argon gas cavity followed by another 6.2mm toughened internal glass pane with a low emission coating. The combination of double glazing and the upstand that this FAKRO flat roof window comes with means that overall this window offers 0.92 W/m2K.
This is due in part thanks to the manufacture and make up of the upstand. As standard the FAKRO flat roof window upstand is manufactured from UPVC with a multi-chamber design specified to make the upstand more thermally efficient. The upstand itself is 150mm high with a RAL 9010 Pure White coating on both the external and internal of the upstand. An aluminium profile in RAL 9005 Jet Black provides an 80mm black border as well as a contemporary, stylish finish to the external frame.
Suitable for installation on green roofs as well as a range of other flat roof substrates, all of FAKRO’s DMG P2 double glazed manually opening flat roof windows can be installed on pitches from 2° to 15° in 9 standard sizes.
