Non-opening and energy efficient, this DXF-D fixed modular flat roof window from FAKRO has been quad glazed and supplied with a kerb for installation. It works brilliantly to increase how much light can enter a room with the large glazing area, which is up to 16% more than windows of the same size.
Covering materials on the frame's drip cap allows solid connections among the roof window and roofing material. Installations can involve an extra XRD base to raise the flat roof window marginally above the roof surface for green roof installations.
Intended to retain heat and increase light, this non-opening flat roof window has thermally efficient P2 laminated quad glazing. This consists of glass on the outside that features an argon gas cavity and an inside 6.2mm glass pane that is coated in a low emission layer, alongside an innovative multi-chamber design and combined uPVC upstand.
