This DXF-D fixed modular secure flat roof window is designed to enhance how much natural light can enter a room with a 16% larger pane area than windows of a similar size. It also optimises thermal efficiencies and reduces heat loss with the P2 laminated triple glazing, joined by a uPVC upstand with a multi-chamber design.
With a kerb provided for installation, this flat roof window is non-opening and comes with various sizes for you to choose from depending on your needs. Limiting electricity bills is easy thanks to the heat retained with this glazing, which features toughened external glass, an argon gas cavity, and a low-E coated 6.2mm toughened internal glass. When combined, it is also fantastic for security purposes.
The specially designed and profiled covering material resides underneath the drip cap of the frame, in turn forming tight and secure links between the roof window and the roofing material. Where necessary, this fixed modular flat roof window can be fitted on an extra XRD base to become compatible with green roofs and applications where the window has to sit just above the roof's surface.
