This PTP-V centre pivot roof window from FAKRO is innovative and unique. Merging together aluminium and PVC, the window is particularly great in humid rooms where low maintenance cleaning and white finishes are favoured. Durable and weather resistant, this window has a high resilience against corrosion, acids and alkaloids.
With different sizing and glazing options, the centre pivot window utilises multi-chamber PVC-U profiles that are white finished and strengthened with steel. This resists warping. The aluminium profile keeps glass in place and adds extra durability, while coordinating well with the window exterior.
PTP windows have triple tightening systems that utilise border seals, clinging seals and a seal in the profile around the sides of the frame. The new white handle also features two-step ventilation and simple operations. The window is glazed with a thermo-insulating IG unit that utilises a 'warm' TGI spacer. The unit has 4H-16-4T, a toughened outer pane, and an internal Low-E pane with a U-factor of 1.0 [W/m²K] (EN 674).
