Made from glass reinforced polyester resin (GRP), this FILON Major Tile roof sheet is versatile and can be used in both single skin and double skin site assembled applications. Like other FILON GRP products, it can include insulating intermediate layers, where needed, to offer improved insulation levels to meet current legislation.
Equipped with a polyester film that resists UV damage and yellowing, this roof sheet delivers excellent impact resistance and durability. In turn, this roof sheet is long-lasting with minimal fault and, under normal conditions, should last around 30 years.
FILON roof sheets have 900 different profiles to choose from, designed to match all current and most discontinued asbestos cement and metal roofing profiles.
Including a Translucent finish, this rooflight has light-diffusing qualities that scatters light as it passes through. Due to this, the roof light effectively minimises sun glares and hot spots.
