Description

This FlatSeal flashing is made from EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer, a highly durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane), ideal for flat and low-pitched roofs with single-ply or bitumen coverings. Fitting is easy with traditional primers and adhesives, and no additional clamps are required as the extra-tight snap-fit seal offers a watertight seal and a pipe penetration.

With a black finish, the flashing is ideal for maximum UV and Ozone resistance. FlatSeal features a base size of 345mm and is suited to external pipe dimensions between 25mm and 175mm and pipes with temperatures of up to 115°C constant and 150°C intermittent.
