With Forticrete's impressive 60-year integrity guarantee and the concrete roof tile's BS EN 490 Kitemark certification, you can rest assured that your roof will remain protected and dry for decades.

Features & Benefits: Forticrete V2 Concrete Roof Tile

  • Batten supports stay dry by allowing free air flow
  • Banded and packed for easy handling and improved health and safety
  • Suitable for roof pitches between 17.5° and 70°
  • 385mm length x 230mm width
  • 16.1 per m² of coverage
  • 60-year integrity guarantee

For optimal installation, use a batten size of 38mm x 25mm for spans up to 450mm or opt for 50mm x 25mm for spans ranging from 450mm to 600mm. To secure these tiles, 50mm x 3.35mm aluminium nails are recommended to provide a reliable hold.

No, it just looks like a 49. Its would not work if you was patching a roof with 49's on
