Use 5.5-6.3mm roofing screws, around 60mm long, with a bonded EPDM sealing washer, driven through the crest of the corrugation into the timber battens. A suitable option would be the 60mm TEK Screw to Wood & 19mm Bonded Washer Pack of 100 available on our website.

would the 10/3 profile roofing sheet be compatible with the (now discontinued) profile 3 cement panels as i need to replace some broken ones? what is the colour? Pitch and profile depth seem to be (about) the same! how easy is it to cut them to length (2.6m)- or can you do this? will you deliver 2 or 3 or have you an outlet near to cambridge? Thank you

Modern Profile 3 direct‑replacement GRP sheets are fully compatible with old fibre‑cement Profile 3 panels in both pitch and depth, making them a reliable swap for damaged sections. They come in opaque/asbestos grey, which closely matches the original colour. We don’t offer a cutting service, but GRP sheets are straightforward for installers to cut on site if needed. Although we don’t have a Cambridge branch, we can deliver small quantities directly to your location. Let us know the lengths you require, and we’ll arrange delivery.
